In recent years my focus has been on the sociology of user experience, amidst teaching lectures on digital transformation in the Bank University of Latvia. During my years of consultancy and business research, I have been actively at work in many fields, including sillier ones, in order to get an anthropological understanding of not just work, but the various environments it is done in, the people around it. I use this broad yet in depth understanding of society in order to shape my primary work - user experience design, particularly with user interfaces.
