I am an experienced Strategic Key Accounts & Sales Manager skilled in driving and acquiring new business, and implementing short and long-term strategies for client retention and growth. I have successfully managed sizeable portfolios of up to $80m and am recognised as someone who is able to consistently deliver year on year growth while ensuring the business delivers a cost efficient and customer focused service. As a naturally curious and inquisitive person, I am keenly aware of what is going on in this chaotic world and believe I have a unique ability to keep my finger on the pulse, and am not afraid of making tough decisions when reality demands it. I take a collaborative approach to my work and am seen as someone who is able to build extremely effective relationships that support the achievement of the overall business objectives. With strong analytical, organisational and creative thinking skills, I am competent and confident in data analysis and report writing, and with well developed negotiation skills I am able to effectively influence towards favourable business results. Throughout my career I have been responsible managing an array of promotional, business and social events. Managing the process from the planning stage right through to running the event, I have been able to successfully deliver events, ensuring the target audience remains engaged and that the overall message of the event is marketed and delivered appropriately. By nature, I am an optimistic and positive person able to laugh at myself when something doesn't go quite as planned; and I believe as a leader and team member, this helps create a happy and healthy work environment, even during busy, stressful periods. Outside of work I am an active sportswoman and enjoy experiencing the great outdoors of New Zealand and spending time with my family.
