Passionate about Human-Centered Design and logical approach for problem-solving, fully utilizing my work experiences in various roles and what I learned from international MBA with diverse students. I believe in the ancient Japanese business philosophy, that says when considering a business model, the merchant should take into consideration the benefits for all sellers, customers, and society at the same time, making all three different parties happy makes a successful business. My motivation and what I feel most excited about is pursuing and creating benefit in our lives and society through Human-Centered Design and logical approach. Motivated MBA candidate and successful shipping and logistics professional with 15 years of broad experience in business development, investor relations, sales, and strategy. Led some volunteer works and tasks outside working hours for employees' motivation and currently actively participating in Human-Centered Design Club at IE Business School.
