With over 10 years of experience in the chemical engineering and process development field, I am a passionate and driven Process Development Manager at Renewcell, a company that transforms textile waste into a new, sustainable raw material. My core competencies include process optimization, design, and improvement, production planning and management, troubleshooting, and customer support. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked with different types of raw materials, process equipments, and customers in the past. In my current role, I am responsible for increasing the productivity and quality of Renewcell's process and product by initiating corrective measurements, development activities, and implementing projects. I also work closely with customers to help them successfully run the Renewcell product in their processes. Additionally, I lead the long-term process development and the process design for Renewcell's expansion project, ensuring that the process is optimised to minimise consumption of raw materials, chemicals, and energy. I also collaborate with other teams and stakeholders, such as process equipment suppliers, process operators, engineers, and managers.
