I began my career as a Software Engineer and later founded a creative product agency. During that venture, I led the discovery and delivery of innovative products and services across healthcare and other industries, achieving a 7-figure ARR and raising over €2M in funding. Although the venture ultimately did not succeed, it provided a strong foundation for collaborating with product and service organizations. My experience with small teams and limited resources has taught me to motivate both myself and others to select and achieve essential business goals.
