Since joining Hy-Pro Filtration, in 1993 I've been passionately working to solve contamination challenges in hydraulic, lubrication, and fuel applications. As a co-owner of Hy-Pro through 2017, now owned by Donaldson Company, Inc we've built a world-class team and a brand that our customers believe in and identify with. We're leveraging the strengths of both companies to globalize the Hy-Pro brand and enhance Donaldson's overall success in industrial hydraulics and lubrication. Throughout my career, I have progressed through roles where I have applied my proven business acumen to position companies as market leaders, drive revenue, and profitability improvements, develop highly innovative premium products. I am adaptable, visionary, and strategic and have achieved success in team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning and deployment, and goal setting aligned with top level business strategy.
