My extensive experience serving both the public and private sectors has enable me to establish a nimble and capable specialist valuation practice with an emphasis on carefully selected niche markets: Valuation and compensation for land acquisition associated with infrastructure projects throughout Australia. Our experience and services extend to whole of property, partial interest, and easement acquisitions across urban, regional, rural, and pastoral areas. Valuations for financial reporting (AASB 116 and AASB 13) and insurance purposes for Local and State Governments. Our experience and services extend to the revaluation of land, buildings, infrastructure, and plant & equipment. I am a Certified Practising Valuer and Fellow of the Australian Property Institute. I am also a Director of the Australian Property Institute (API) and International Director and Past President of the Australian Chapter of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).
