After graduating from graduate school, I joined Toho Gas Co, Ltd, which is involved in energy supply in the Tokai region in Japan. I was assigned to the commercial energy sales department, where I worked as a technical sales representative for approximately three years, promoting city gas, gas equipment, and energy service solutions for corporate clients. I worked on streamlining and standardizing proposal materials, aimed at improving the overall proposal capabilities of the organization and contributing to the enhancement of proposal skills in the commercial sales division as a whole. Later, I was transferred to the commercial gas equipment maintenance department, where I was responsible for maintenance planning of commercial gas heat pump air conditioners (GHP). I worked on developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans to reduce failure rates and considered cost reduction measures for maintenance. After three years, I was transferred to the consumer gas appliance maintenance department. I was assigned to the maintenance planning of household fuel cell systems called "EneFarm." I strengthened the maintenance system for EneFarm systems in our company and took charge of budget management. Additionally, I gained management experience by overseeing on-site maintenance staff through team meetings. Since December 2021, I have been working in the customer service department, promoting various discussions related to electricity and gas supply agreements and conducting power proposal activities utilizing customer information.
