With over 26 years in security and operations, my expertise lies in risk assessment, security procedures, and training. At the Uruguayan American School, I've honed my abilities to align with the school's mission, ensuring the safety of students and staff. My approach integrates comprehensive security strategies with a deep understanding of the educational environment, allowing me to contribute a unique perspective to the institution's culture and mission. In my current role as Security Chief, I advise the Director on all matters of security, maintaining and updating critical procedures to protect our community. I've successfully selected and trained both our internal security team and external security company staff, leveraging my background in aviation security and expertise in security guard training. My dedication to fostering a safe learning environment is reflected in the rigorous training programs and safety protocols I've implemented.
