As Head of Legal at ONE FAMILY OFFICE, I am responsible for the strategic development of the group, where I leverage my background in M&A, private equity, venture capital, and fund structuring to support long-term growth, acquisitions, and investment activities. My role goes beyond pure legal advisory. I am actively involved in strategic decision-making, and within the ONE FAMILY OFFICE group, I also perform operational and executive roles, working closely with partners and management across multiple entities. I also actively contributed to the expansion of the group into Frankfurt, where I spent one and a half years supporting the establishment of the local presence, developing relationships with German and international partners. Prior to joining ONE FAMILY OFFICE, I worked as a managing associate at HAVEL & PARTNERS, the largest law firm in the CEE, where I advised on a wide range of high-value M&A, private equity, venture capital transactions, including complex cross-border deals and fund structures.
