Being part of a Human Resources team is giving tools to improve people and company potential, being the human side of the business, being the eyes and ears of a company, is to understand behavior.As HR Technician my main tool is Empathy, from which everything evolves, from relationships with employees to the development and implementation of people management processes. Empathy is the key ability for the success of an HR TechnicianThroughout my professional career, I've assumed several responsibilities, with which I developed many of my skills, from Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Offboarding, Document management (Contracts, Certifications, Insurance, etc), Health and Safety at Work, Office & Equipment Management to Process Implementation (Evaluation & Development and Training);My mission as Human Resources professional is to offer solutions and recognize and improve talent.I believe this vision correlates with my Psychology background which prepared me to be more analytical regarding behavior and this helps me, without a doubt, to perform better my tasks, always aiming to create an impact in others' lives.
