Dele O••• is a graduate architect with strong interest in the architecture education. As a writer, he authored insightful architecture articles published in the BeninCity N'Imose Magazine, Naascope Magazine, Ekotecture Quarterly Magazine, Architecture Nigeria Magazine, and the Royal Institute of British Architects Journal (RIBAJ). He also co-authored _Providing Home from Home: senior citizens' lives matter_(Bekerley Essay Prize, 2023) which earned him a place among the competition's top essayists. As a designer, he developed DOJO GRIDS, a set of practical guides to design elements, gestalt theories, compositional principles and plans, for architecture students. He also designed DOJO PYRAMID SCHEME, a tool for effective teaching and learning process in design class, for architecture studio supervisors. He is currently developing 1001+ Building Design Facade Ideas for architecture students, supervisors and firms. As a researcher, he did an architectural appreciation of New Culture Studio, one of the masterpieces of renown afrocentric architect, Demas Nwoko. He also did an assessment of outdoor sitting area in campus environment using University of Benin as a case study. His review of sustainable architecture within the context of indigenous Africa societies is undergoing review at present. As an educator, he has taught across three levels of education –primary school, junior secondary school and senior secondary school– and presently, he is expanding his interest to the tertiary level via tutorials series organised by Nigeria Institute of Architects Students' Affairs Committee (NIASAC) in collaboration with National Association of Architecture Students, Nigeria (NAAS) and the educative platform for architecture students, Arch+net.
