I am a Manufacturing General Manager with 26-year experience in manufacturing sector, 20 of which are in managerial position. I have experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing tools for efficiency increase and process improvement, work with OKRs for product development and targets achievement, strategy creation and implementation, budgets, operations improvement and development. I am a methodical and process-oriented person, detail focused and organised, a person who motivates people and hold them to high standards of performance. I am setting ambitious goals and persevere through challenges, determined to do what is necessary to achieve them. I believe that the best outcomes are a result of combining imagination, logic, and rigor. My knowledge, skills and experience along with hard work and determination allowed me to achieve great improvements in the companies I worked for, a few examples being: increase sales more than 3 times with almost the same number of production people by implementing Lean tools and increase efficiency, increase FTP (first time pass) rate from 65% to 90%, decrease customer complaints from 4% to 1%, increase production lines from 1 to 5 by developing new state of the art products from different sectors in high demand in our industry.
