I have worked myself up from network administrator to Director General of the IT Department in Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I was running the Security and Management office in the Estonian permanent representation to the EU and Network security and data communication office - I have good knowledge of how different processes work and how different infrastructural objects are interconnected. I have a very broad understanding from IP protocol level to management subjects. I started the CTIO position at Levira three years ago and was Recruited to bring change and vision to Levira’s IT and technology services. Today I am managing the biggest area and the largest amount of staff at Levira. I hold a Masters in MBA focused on IT management from the Tallinn University and my master’s thesis was - Usage and Security of Mobile Device Management Software. The Case of an Estonian Public Sector Institution. I have quite many hobbies, one of which is radio amateurism. My callsign is ES2KKA. Also, I enjoy offroad adventures, riding my motorcycle, or playing drums at the Levira band.
