Experienced leader and manager with a comprehensive background in social and environmental sustainability, due diligence, statistics, human rights (with a particular focus on children's rights), and Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (PMEAL). I have over a decade of experience leading international projects, working in and with Africa and Asia. I hold two master’s degrees in Economics and Human Rights. Creative, positive, and ambitious, I excel at inspiring and engaging people, fostering collaboration, and driving impactful outcomes. My leadership style is rooted in empowerment and motivation. In my free time, I am a dedicated yoga teacher who loves dancing salsa and African dance, as well as exploring the ocean through diving whenever possible.
