For years, I have been passionate about technology, learning, and helping people grow. My career has taken me through the worlds of career counseling, psychology, digital learning, and content strategy, always with a focus on designing engaging, scalable solutions. But there was always something missing—I wanted to be part of the development process itself. That’s what led me to software development. After an intensive reskilling journey at CESAE Digital, where I developed projects in Java, Kotlin, Swift, Laravel, AngularJS, and SQL, I had the opportunity to put my skills to the test at Mindera. There, I helped build a full-stack onboarding platform using React (TypeScript), NestJS, and Prisma ORM, working on both frontend and backend sides. This hands-on experience reinforced my belief that technology can transform the way we connect, learn, and grow. Before stepping into development, I spent over 15 years in career guidance, recruitment, and skills training, founding Projeto Carreira—a platform dedicated to helping professionals navigate their careers. My expertise in digital learning solutions has allowed me to engage a diverse audience and foster a community of lifelong learners. I also bring my passion for education into the classroom. As a lecturer at Católica Porto Business School, I have redefined curricula in Recruitment & Selection and Leadership & Motivation, aligning them with industry demands and future trends. I also teach Organizational Behavior to management students, integrating technology and innovative methodologies to equip them with the skills they need to thrive in dynamic, global environments. Now, I am fully immersed in software development, leveraging my background in process design, education, and user engagement to build real, impactful digital solutions. It’s an exciting new chapter—and I’m just getting started!
