I love helping people to work at full potential, achieving high performance, restore balance and build resilience and recover from stress and trauma. My Post Doc work (ongoing) in neuropsychology is about resilience (bouncing back from trauma and PTSD). I am a research fellow for the Neurocoaching Institute (NCI) on stress and resilience and research partner for Neurocoaching Australia on wellbeing and work-life balance.My clients include politicians, senior government executives, C-Suite executives, ADF veterans, Boards, Managers and teams, councils, academics, elite athletes, and those needing help to get back on their feet.I am a professionally certified coach (PCC), a certified Action Learning Coach (CALC) and an Accredited Mentor Coach. I am a Member of AHRI, the Australian Institute of Management Consultants and the ANZ Mental Health Association.I have written seven books on management, coaching & theology and have written for 15+ international journals and magazines. I am a peer-reviewed academic researcher. I am at home on TV and radio interviews, and am consulted by Journalists as an expert source.
