I have more than 10 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with a focus on human resources and risk management. I excel at collaborating with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators to ensure smooth and compliant administration of all company insurance policies. I also provide exceptional customer service and support to employees, managers, and external stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members, and I am always looking for new ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Risk & Benefits processes and programs.
