A dedicated professional with a passion for Supply Chain and Logistics Management, driving operational efficiency and strategic optimization within a dynamic organization. I aspire to manage seamless end-to-end supply chain processes, leveraging my expertise in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics. Through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement, my goal is to enhance sustainability, resource utilization, reduce costs, and elevate overall supply chain performance while contributing to the organization's growth and success. I have gained valuable experience through diverse roles in the field. My journey started with volunteering at ORFAP SARL in Durba, DR Congo, where I served as a Supply Chain Assistant from September 2021 to January 2022. During my tenure, I efficiently managed and organized logistics activities, coordinated with third-party partners, and leveraged technology tools like Route4Me to enhance routing operations and vehicle tracking. I also oversaw international vehicle shipments, reducing operating costs and fuel consumption while enhancing responsiveness. Building on this foundation, I expanded my skills during an internship with Mukono District and Local Government in Mukono, Uganda, from (Sept 2022 to Nov2022). In the Procurement and Disposal Unit, as a Procurement Officer. Where, I learned to navigate the Electronic Government Procurement website (EGP), generated procurement documents, and meticulously maintained records. I was also responsible for preparing the disposal plan for the Mukono District for the 2022-2023 financial year, ensuring the proper documentation of procurement activities. Currently, I'm an intern at Mugale Industries in Kampala/Mukono, Uganda, serving as a Logistics Manager since April 2023 in the Department of Transportation and Logistics. In this role, I am gaining valuable experience in mining and customized transportation and logistics solutions, focusing on the safe transfer of minerals, heavy machinery, equipment, and personnel. My team and I prioritize efficiency, punctual deliveries, and risk mitigation through advanced logistics technology and real-time data analysis. My passion lies in driving operational excellence in supply chain and logistics management. I constantly seek opportunities for innovation and process optimization.
