I'm the Founder & CEO of EXTRIM, a leading brand in Vietnam’s shoe care service industry since 2016. Under my leadership, we’ve rejuvenated over 400K pairs of shoes and built a loyal customer base across Vietnam, mostly in Ho Chi Minh city. Public recognition: About Me With more than 6 years of dedicated focus on EXTRIM, my role encompasses various crucial aspects: Business Strategy & Execution My role starts with envisioning the overall direction for EXTRIM, and trickles down to implementing tactical plans that align with our long-term goals. ‍ Leadership & Team Management I take pride in leading a multidisciplinary team of 50-100 professionals across Customer Service, Marketing & IT, HR & Finance, and Operations. The aim is to foster a culture of accountability and success. Financial Oversight & Capital Management Financial integrity is a top priority. I oversee everything from budget planning to exploring investment opportunities that fuel our growth. Business Model & System Design I constantly tweak and optimize our business models to align with consumer demands and industry trends. System efficiencies are implemented to maintain top-notch quality control. Marketing & Branding I guide our Marketing team to establish EXTRIM as a brand that resonates with our audience. This involves both online and offline initiatives to increase customer acquisition and retention. Operational Excellence Operational efficiency is crucial to EXTRIM's success.
