Currently serving as the Manager Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Development with Umeme Ltd, Uganda’s largest power distribution company listed on both the Uganda and Nairobi Stock Exchange. His keen business insight and in-depth knowledge of growing Talent and adding value to people while implementing strategic interventions has enabled him contribute to making Uganda’s energy sector attractive. He is humbled to oversee the Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Development of over direct staff and over 1,500 direct labor staff He is passionate about creating a better world for the future generation. He is an author and a professional speaker and mentor who empowers young men and women to lead in their spheres of influence. He is a husband, and proud father of four children. Joseph is passionate about his family.
