Currently based in Kazakhstan, I've devoted my career to fostering a love for sports and fitness among students. My journey in education has been fueled by a Master's degree in Physical Education, complemented by an International Sports Coaching and Teaching License, which enhances my pedagogical expertise. I passionately believe in the power of sports to nurture physical well-being and essential life skills such as teamwork, discipline, and resilience. My commitment to advancing in this field led me to pursue a PhD in Physical Education, aiming to contribute to sports education's academic and practical development. Throughout my career, I've strived to create an inclusive and encouraging environment where students can thrive, discover their potential, and embrace a healthy lifestyle. Whether it's devising innovative curriculum plans or mentoring aspiring athletes, my goal remains to instill a lifelong appreciation for fitness and well-being.
