I am a lecturer, trainer, and coach specializing in customized training and workshops for the corporate environment, focusing on managerial, presentation, and communication skills, personal development, and personal effectiveness. I conduct training seminars in both Czech and English. Since 2002, I have prepared more than 71 tailored types of courses for 170+ clients, carried out 1,200+ trainings, and helped 11,600+ participants develop their skills. I facilitate and coach group creative and problem-solving workshops that help companies resolve issues, find innovative solutions, and create new approaches. I individually coach managers to work together on improving team leadership, personal effectiveness, and communication with colleagues. I combine in-person and online education and create supplementary online training tailored to the needs of clients, increasing the efficiency of implementing new skills in practice. I provide training to renowned companies such as Generali Czech Insurance, Ricardo, Albert, BILLA, Knorr-Bremse, Bosch Diesel, Jablotron Security, CS Cargo Slovakia, and others. I am the author of a personal development blog, e-books, and MP3 recordings that allow seminar participants to directly experience mental techniques. I also run my own development podcast, SEEK YOURSELF BEHIND EVERYTHING.
