I have been in assembly management since 1996. I have managed assembly plants in Ohio, Michigan and Georgia. The plants I have ran were both non-union and union type plants so I have working knowledge of the rules and regulations of associated with both. I beleave the best way to motivate your employees is to be positive even through a negative situation. Employees feed off your energy and attitude. Lead by example.
