I am currently working as the Head of Operations at a tech start-up called Rapid Veterinary Services Ltd for the last 3 years. I am responsible for driving the operations dept that is tasked with building systems and tools to enable the recruitment of high-performing vets, offering the best training, and managing the vets to drive performance. Before Rapid Veterinary Services ltd, I used to work as a Platform Manager for a tech start-up where I was part of the team that developed the now award-winning platform called DigiCow which provides e-extensions services to livestock farmers.
