Jotham is a Partner within GANADO Advocates’ shipping team, with particular focus on ship registration and shipping litigation. As an acknowledged specialist in maritime law, both locally and internationally, Jotham regularly advises clients on matters regarding the marine environment, corporate shipping law and dispute resolution and sits on a number of committees involved in maritime and environmental law. He is a lecturer at the University of Malta on topics dealing with shipping, advocacy and environmental law and regulatory contributes articles on maritime law in various local and international journals.
