My 10 years of experience in education is built on the premise that each child's growth correlates with teachers and principal performance. And that is the reason why currently I work in non-govenmental organisation "Mission Possible" who work to ensure quality education for every child in Latvia, creating the necessary changes in the classrooms, schools and society.
