With more than 15 years of experience, I work at the intersection of sustainability, business transformation and strategic communication. My strength lies in turning ambitious visions into concrete action – whether it’s embedding ESG at executive level, leading complex projects, or forging partnerships that create long-term value for both business and society. I have held leadership and advisory roles in organisations with strong public recognition – including Toms Group, Copenhagen Airports and Habitats – where I’ve built sustainability strategies and departments from the ground up, advised boards and executives, and driven change in areas such as climate, biodiversity, responsible sourcing, stakeholder engagement and communication. I bring senior-level expertise in both sustainability and communication – from governance, targets and reporting to internal, external, crisis and change communication. My approach is always collaborative, grounded in integrity, and focused on creating solutions that last. What drives me most is impact: challenging the status quo, asking better questions, and helping organisations reconnect business value with ecological and societal responsibility. I’m curious by nature and motivated by opportunities to shape a more sustainable and human future – through partnerships, bold thinking and respect for the interconnected systems we are all part of.
