As a Lecturer and former Head of the Department at Divine Word University, I have more than six years of experience in social and health research and teaching, as well as monitoring and evaluating major research and government projects. I have a Doctorate in Intercultural Studies, specializing in developing indigenous conceptual models for providing holistic care in nursing for the Papua New Guinea healthcare system. I also have a Master's degree in International Public Health and a Certificate of Attainment from the International Organization for Migration (IOM). I have demonstrated expertise in conducting literature reviews, designing, planning, and writing research project proposals, preparing interview guides and questionnaires, and collecting primary data using various qualitative methods. I have also contributed to research and community development projects on gender-based violence, women's economic empowerment, community engagement, peace-building, and conflict resolution. I value human dignity and rights and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve communal benefits.
