I have extensive experience leading large-scale projects for government and civilian agencies spanning all phases of: Commercial Building Improvement Projects (Budgets from to including warehouse improvement and expansion project for Frito Lay of P.R. Snacks, Inc; completed on time and budget with zero accidents. Facilities Maintenance Projects (Budgets to including facilities improvement/remodeling and mobile trailer relocation projects involving diverse engineering and construction trades (electricity, plumbing, structural and partitions construction). Environmental Remediation Projects (Budgets from to including an oil/diesel spill extraction from Pozuelo Bay, Guayama; served as liaison to USCG, EPA, local environmental groups/citizens, and government agencies. Demolition/Infrastructure Construction Projects (Budgets from to including the ground-up construction of new radiation monitors at Muelle C in Puerto Nuevo, San Juan for the Puerto Rico Ports Authority, as well as corporate offices, underground parking lots, and abandoned warehouse demolitions. With recognition by the National Guard for my motivation, performance, and teamwork, I have a solid track record for doing business with uncompromising attention to safety, deadlines, budgets, and quality craftsmanship. To improve accessibility on an island with compromised water distribution capabilities, I’m currently managing more than $3 million in construction contracts through the US Property & Fiscal Office and the Construction Facilities Management Office for the PR Army National Guard.
