I was born and raised in Curacao. I am since Nov 1, 2003 the General Manager of TeleCuraçao. The National TV Station of Curacao established since July 31, 1960. I have worked prior to this position as News Director for 10 years and reporter for 10 years at TV, newspaper and radio. I'm an agent of change and innovation. The eagerness for my business to be number one and a winner is my satisfaction. A true change agent and great motivator. I believe that a company’s most important asset is human capital and in my view the only way for a leader to achieve change is by managing through people. I am interested in everything that has to do with technology, innovations, leadership, change management and social awareness.
