With more than 14 years of dedicated experience in the healthcare sector, I've traversed a remarkable path starting from my roots as a Junior Administrator, progressing to the role of CEO, and currently serving as the Business Head at ReLiva Physiotherapy & Rehab. Throughout my career, I've developed a distinctive combination of operational proficiency and a strong emphasis on business growth. Throughout my professional journey, I have had the privilege of honing my skills and knowledge in various critical areas, including business planning, scaling operations, Peoples Management, managing expansion initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting financial analysis, crafting effective customer acquisition strategies, and adeptly overseeing day-to-day business operations. One of the pivotal chapters of my career involved serving as the CEO of a prominent Eye Hospital in Mumbai, where I successfully scaled up the business and initiated the establishment of four additional centers within a short timeframe. I've had multiple experiences with joining start-ups and seeing them through to becoming successful and profit-making organizations. Beyond my professional pursuits, I am committed to community health and wellness. I have actively collaborated with non-profit organizations on various healthcare initiatives. I firmly believe in the mantra that 'Every minute spent organizing is an hour earned,' and I approach my work with meticulous planning and execution, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
