About me you ask? well, I've got a solid 15 years under my belt in the international development scene. I've worn multiple hats, from Program and Project Management to Monitoring and Evaluation, Records and Archives Management, Administration, Budgeting, and even Conference and Events Management. Teamwork is my jam—I've got a knack for effective communication and collaborating with all sorts of diverse teams.Oh, and I also previously wore the hat of an Alternate Staff Representative for United Nations Human Rights globally keeping things rolling on a global scale.Right now, I'm rocking the role of a Soft Skills Trainer. Before this I served as a Program Manager at the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Uganda. Human rights are my passion, and for more than a decade, I've been using media monitoring and reporting to shine a light on human rights abuses. Especially fired up about championing women's and children's rights.And hey, I've even got some published creds under my belt. Check out my book,"An Assessment of Access to Land by LRA Formerly Abducted Women," available on Amazon.When it comes to the nitty-gritty, I've successfully led and managed complex Humanitarian programs. You know, the big stuff, funded by the likes of UN Human Rights, EU, UN Women, and more. I've been deep in the coordination game, working directly with government bodies, UN agencies, donors, bi-lateral funding honchos, and a bunch of local and international NGOs.And yes, I've got my globe-trotter badge—I've made things happen across seven countries and can switch between three languages like a champ. Wrangling teams of all sorts, from UN locals to seasoned pros, is second nature to me.Hope on my bus and let's roll!
