With over ten years of work experience in engineering and digital fields, I am passionate about solving complex problems, creating innovative solutions, and leading teams to achieve impactful outcomes. As a Senior Manager - Engineering and Digital at the LEGO Group, I am responsible for the global digital agenda related to sustainability, managing goals, projects, budgets, and target setting across the entire value chain. I am driven by the LEGO Group's mission to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. In my current role, I have established a new data architecture for data collection related to sustainability across the LEGO Group, leading projects covering scope 1 and scope 2 emissions globally. I have also co-created OKRs (global targets) with stakeholders from the executive level to the blue collar, and managed big impact changes on the organization. I have leveraged my skills in problem solving, databases, and data analysis to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that support the LEGO Group's sustainability goals and vision. Additionally, I serve as a Vice Chairman of the Board at Censornet, and as an external examiner at Aarhus University, Aalborg University, SDU and DTU, where I share my knowledge and expertise in engineering, renewables and digital fields.
