Dear Reader My name is Ricky Enø. I’m 36 years old and live in Them, just south of Silkeborg, with my wife Louise and our three children: Luna, Hugo, and Emma. I have a strong passion for both cycling and business development—two areas where service excellence, relationship-building, strategic thinking, and collaboration are essential. Currently, I serve as Country Manager for Belgian Cycling Factory in the Danish market. Prior to this, I worked as a Sales Representative at Bjarne Egedesø A/S and Intercycle ApS, representing premium brands such as Pinarello and Cervélo. I also held the role of SBCU Professor & Event Coordinator at Specialized Nordics, where I acted as a key link between sales and marketing. This role helped me build a broad and valuable network across Denmark and the Nordic region. In addition, I actively participate in business networks and contribute to various Danish cycling podcasts—both of which support my professional development and industry insight. As a former cyclist on the Danish junior and U23 national teams—where I became U23 Danish Champio - and later as Sports Director for several of Denmark’s top continental cycling teams, I’ve gained leadership and communication experience that continues to shape my professional approach. My greatest strength lies in connecting with people, building strong relationships, and delivering results. On a personal level, I’m known for being approachable, energetic, and positive - always with a smile and a welcoming attitude.
