As a senior project engineer at Cushman & Wakefield, I work on multiple projects involving residential and commercial buildings, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and clients, and ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance. One of my current projects is a G+13 floor hostel residential building with 32 blocks in total, covering a total area of sqft. I have over two years of experience in project management, material procurement, BOQ and contracting, budgeting, cost control, and project monitoring, having worked as a senior engineer at Brookland Infrastructure and a junior project engineer at Riviera Infraprojects Pvt Ltd. I handled a township project consisting of 580 plots with 350 Roman bungalow designs and a commercial building with 4 lakh sqft of area, requiring critical analysis of design and structure and method statement for quality construction. I completed my bachelor of engineering degree in civil engineering from Government Engineering College, Modasa in 2019. I am passionate about delivering high-quality and sustainable infrastructural solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the stakeholders.
