Senior executive with over 25 years of proven expertise in risk governance, compliance, internal audit, and financial supervision, acquired within both multilateral development institutions and leading international banks. Currently serving as Chief Risk Governance Officer at BMICE, a newly established regional development bank, I lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of risk, control and compliance frameworks aligned with international standards. I also serve as Secretary to the Board Risk and Audit Committees. My career spans leadership roles at institutions such as Société Générale, Bank ABC, and the Central Bank of Algeria, where I built and steered internal control systems, conducted strategic audits, and managed regulatory oversight missions.
