A result-focused director/supervisor and leader who is passionate about diversity, inclusion and services. I translate a work ethic and vision into action by focusing on people first, whether providing MAT or abstinence based treatment, helping to develop the next recovery generation through my knowledge of helping others. As a strategic thinker, through program building and enhancement, and a master communicator, my career journey has included developing programs for OP and Inpatient milieu’s in addiction and mental health settings. I believe in the power of listening and creating, and I can be counted on to deliver measurable outcomes.
