Egita is the Founding Partner at Outlast Fund and passionate about helping early-stage startups grow and succeed. With over a decade in the startup world, she’s run 15+ accelerator programs and worked closely with founders all across Europe to scale their businesses. Before Outlast, Egita was the CEO of Startup House, and Managing Director at Startup Wise Guys, where she led multiple accelerator batches, including cybersecurity-focused programs. She also spent time at Techstars Seattle, gaining deep insight into the global startup ecosystem in US. Beyond accelerators, she’s been a strong supporter and actively participated in the Latvian startup scene, leading TechHub Riga, organizing TechChill, and serving as Chair of the Board at the Latvian Startup Association. Her background also includes working on EU startup support policies and currently she is advising the Minister of Foreign Affairs on economic and innovation strategy.
