After spending 10 years in Customer Service Management, I made a transition into Writing. This encompasses two areas: I started Ascend Content (registered as Ascend Customer Solutions Limited). Ascend Content provides ghostwritten content to clients to engage and convert readers into subscribers and buyers. The focus is to write the content that the ideal customer craves.
