With over a decade of experience in customer service and learning development, I bring a unique blend of people skills, teaching expertise, and a deep-rooted passion for technology. Though I hold a Bachelor's in Systems Engineering, my professional journey took me through the world of training and development—where I tailored my ability to communicate complex ideas, support teams, and foster growth. Recently, I completed an intensive full-stack development upskilling program, reigniting my technical foundation and propelling me into the world of web development. Since then, I’ve built and launched a website for a client and joined my coding school as a Coach’s Assistant—where I now support the next wave of developers while continuing to refine my own skills in real-world environments. I’m excited to merge my background in education and tech to build user-focused, scalable, and meaningful digital solutions—while always staying curious, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning.
