Pioneered special methods for stretch denims involving nylon, 100% cotton stretch and best methods for spandex. Typically have succeeded in reducing denim off-quality by 50% or more. Big increases in operating efficiencies in yarn and weaving. Have developed methods for a full range of controlled denim colors in Indigo from 0.2% lightest to 1.6%, darkest, that are consistent and with desired levels of colorfastness, bright or dull at each concentration as desired and a full range of over 30 sulfur colors, from lightest to darkest that are consistent and colorfast.
