With an MBA from Walsh College (2021), a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University (2020), and SHRM-CP certification (2022), I bring a strong academic foundation and a genuine passion for human capital development. My strengths lie in strategic problem solving, internal communication, and culture-building initiatives. I specialize in aligning HR practices with business goals, enhancing employee engagement through internal marketing, and implementing values-based systems with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). I believe culture is an organization’s strongest asset, and I’ve led and contributed to initiatives that prove it. A lifelong learner, I eagerly pursue professional development opportunities and thrive in team environments that amplify positivity and mutual empowerment. My creative approach to HR combines operational excellence with empathy and innovation. Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking trails with my dog Stormi, volunteering in environmental and social justice initiatives, and advocating for underrepresented communities.
