Sociologist, social statistician, data analyst and GIS expert, I have over 7 years' experience in M&E for various projects in the food security and livelihoods, agriculture, protection, peace and conflict, governance and water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) sectors.With a good grasp of the project cycle, 80% of my working time is devoted to designing M&E systems and tools, building the capacity of project staff and local partners, conducting needs assessments, market evaluations and impact assessments. 20% of my working time is devoted to writing proposals on M&E and project quality aspects in collaboration with the business development teams. I am proficient in data analysis with statistical software such as SPSS, EPI info, advanced Excel and Python skills; GIS software such as QGIS, ArcGIS and data visualization such as Power Bi. I'm also passionate about digitizing data systems and mobile survey solutions.I’m good in French with a best working level in English
