As manager at Domino's, I oversee the daily operations of the pizza store, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I also manage the staff, inventory, and budget, and coordinate with the corporate office. I have been working at Domino's for more than three years, starting as a driver in Aug 2020 and being promoted in Jan 2024. In addition to my role at Domino's, I am also a co-owner of ReStage, a startup that helps schools, clubs, pubs, etcetera, build up there podium for events, musicals or concerts. I joined ReStage in Jan 2023 as a medevennoot, and I am responsible for the inkoop (purchasing) of the equipment, materials, and services needed for the events. I also contribute to the strategic planning and marketing of the startup, which aims to support the cultural sector and create new opportunities for creative expression. I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, where I am learning the theory and practice of marketing management, consumer behavior, and market research. I have a passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and creativity, and I hope to use my skills and knowledge to make a positive impact in the society.
