The quality of the contributions: • Actively investigating functional modulation of colonic epithelial cells in murine models of colitis to complete our understanding of the pathogenesis of IBD. • One of the internationally recognized investigators in the fields of epithelial biology, animal models of IBD, as well as colitis-associated carcinogenesis. • Significant contribution to the investigators at Harvard through my outstanding IHC analyses and disease evaluation skills, which are indispensable in IBD research. • Reliable and opinionated grant/manuscript reviewer on Immunological/Gastroenterological topics is my unique combination of expertise. • A strong track record of mentoring post-doctoral research fellows in my laboratory who bring their own research fellowship funds.
