Have more than 10 years of experience in executive search, recruitment locally and within the EU region as well. Familiar with multinational company cultures, operation of matrix organizations. For 3 years worked as an on-site recruiter at Harman International Talent Acquisition Team Europe, based in the Hungarian office. Before on agency side focused on international recruitment, talent acquisition and executive search for different sectors like automotive, constructions, property, FMCG, gas & oil, services sector, finance etc. I believe that this wide range of professional background helps me a lot to understand the needs of my customers both externally or internally. The main fields I worked for were: engineering (electrical, mechanical, quality, automation, maintenance, project manager, energetic, facility etc.), IT professionals (HW & SW, SAP developers), HR, finance and trading, mainly mid-level and top managerial positions.
