A Product & Systems Design Engineer with over 15 years of experience in eBusiness consulting and a strong multidisciplinary academic & professional background. While she is currently in a consulting role (Customer Experience Director at ATCOM), she is a Principal UX Designer and as such she remains true to the human-centred principles and mindset when envisioning, defining, designing and developing customer experiences for her clients. What she brings to the table? Her Creative Thinking process. Alicia has worked with numerous companies in Banking, Retail, Travel and more. Clients include Eurobank, Piraeus Bank, Motor Oil, Aegean Airlines, Kotsovolos, Papadopoulou SA, Cyta CY, and others.
