As the Team Lead for IT Services, Innovation and Technology at ALERT, I bring 14 years of experience with the organization and 25 years in the IT industry across multiple roles and specialties. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Cybersecurity Analyst. I am passionate about providing robust IT solutions. In my current role, I guide daily operations, drive project and budget management, and support my team’s growth. I am enthusiastic about exploring new technologies and implementing innovative strategies to meet the evolving needs of our members and stakeholders. I strive to be a responsible, dedicated, and forward-thinking leader who values quality and service excellence.
