I have been working in the food industry for several years, I have worked from bottom( Production assistant) up to leadership ( Production/plant manager). My skill set includes Budgeting and forecasting planning, Production planning, cost control, performance management, stock control, key performance indicators, equipment maintenance. as production/plant manager I have achieved results that gave significant impact on company results, such as optimization of utilities consumption ( water, gas, electricity, chemicals), reduction of spare parts warehouse cost, optimization of production cost.
